Research On Program Management Of Emergency Broadcasting System Construction Project In J Area

As a key project of cultural undertakings,the emergency broadcasting system is an important part of the national emergency early warning information release system and national public service system.Construction of emergency broadcasting systems at all levels has been carried out in an all-round way.In the construction of emergency broadcast system,due to the urgency,complexity and demand uncertainty of the project,there are various problems in project management,which put forward higher requirements for project schedule management.Radio,film and television network operators,which are responsible for the development and construction of the emergency broadcasting system,must adopt scientific and modern project schedule management method in the construction of the emergency broadcasting system project,otherwise,even if the project receives attention and the construction fund is sufficient,it may fail because of some problems in the project.Based on the emergency broadcast radio and television network operators and J district government cooperation construction project as the research object,the paper mainly discusses the related technologies and methods of project management,sum up the experiences of actual project control and make the effective project schedule management methods,to foresee problems schedule variance,and use the theoretical knowledge of project management,problem analysis,work out the solution to solve the problem,promote the emergency broadcasting system construction project is completed.In this paper,modern project management theory,especially the theory of progress management,is combined with practical projects for research.Relevant research is helpful to improve the management efficiency and management level in the process of project operation,and can provide reference and theoretical support for the progress management of other projects.
