Design And Implementation Of Smart Cloud Media Platform In Huai'an City Radio And TV Station

In the process of media convergence,Huai 'an Radio and Television Station has presented a full play to its advantages in content production and information dissemination and docked with the smart city portal—— "Smart Huai'an".Compared with the traditional production mode,the production mode of Smart Cloud Media Platform of Huai'an Radio and Television has greatly improved in optimizing the content production mode and process,content innovation and release,communication form and production efficiency.The main work of the thesis is as follows:(1)To meet the needs of Huai'an radio and television station in terms of content production mode and process,content innovation and distribution,communication form and production efficiency,etc.The High Definition Television /Standard Definition TV program,audiovisual network and mobile client content production platform based on SOA backbone and platform function subsystem are designed.(2)The function module and its mechanism are analyzed from the aspects of the whole media management and control platform,media asset management system,content service platform,front-end publishing platform and coding system.(3)Organizing and implementing the construction,debugging and testing of Huaian Radio and Television Smart Cloud Media platform.After the system was successfully put into operation,it greatly promoted the process of Huaian Radio and Television Intelligent Cloud Media platform.
