This article takes the self-media content platform "Dayu" under the Ali University's cultural and entertainment ecosystem as the research object,and explores the existing rules,content production,content distribution and platform construction of the content creation platform in the context of the media era..In the existing media environment,there are multiple states in which the we-media content platforms coexist and compete with each other.Baidu"Baijia",Tencent"Penguin",today's headline"Toutiao",Ali Entertainment"Dayu"and many other we-media content platforms coexist,these platforms have their commonality:they are heavily subsidized content creators,and distributes the content of their creations on the traffic;content creators realize the content created by platform subsidies and traffic sharing.But different platforms are also operating differently to form their own personality.This research report takes"Dayu"as a typical representative,and uses in-depth interview research methods to conduct research on the platform rules,content production,content distribution,incentive mode,and profit model of"Dayu".The problems faced in the development process,and put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for the problems.In this way,it is found that the new bearer mode and connotation from the media content platform can also provide reference for the operation and management of other we-media content platforms,which is beneficial.
