Information System In The Application Of Lean Management Of Printing Enterprises

During the market economy,more fierce competition between the same industry,customer demand for personalized,diversification of product requirements,intelligent equipment management as well as accelerated technology updates,all of these factors above bring challenges together to traditional printing enterprises.Printing enterprises must work hard to strengthen internal management,combine advanced management ideas and information technology,establish standardized scientific modern production management mode and set a modern enterprise information management system,in order to improve the efficiency of production and management,build core competitiveness and advance sustained and healthy development.Traditional printing enterprises is managed by the extensive transition to a meticulous management,through the introduction of 6S,Six Sigma,Agile Manufacturing,Lean Management and other advanced management theories.As the development of information technology,printing industry has undergone from monochrome to color printing,offset printing to digital printing,laser phototypesetting to computer to plate(hereafter CTP),internet technology and printing to the cloud printing.With the application of data warehouse(hereafter DW)and data mining technology(hereafter DMT),smart printing becomes a new trend of printing industry.Enterprise Resource Planning(hereafter ERP)is an important application system of the combination of advanced management ideas and information technology,the application of which is beneficial to the organic integration of logistics,business and information.Thus it enables a more standardized business process,a more reasonable allocation of resources and a more effective production management.Data warehouse is a large data processing centers,which can aggregate,analysis and processing the complicated historical data accurately in order to provide data for business decision by establishing a data model.The application of DW based on ERP can effectively promote the implementation of lean management of enterprises,including lean marketing management,procurement management,lean manufacturing,lean quality management,lean equipment management and lean accounting management,etc.The thesis first analyses present situation of printing enterprises' information system construction and lean management,puts forward that enterprises should build a more demanding information management system,on the one hand,to provide management support for enterprise affairs processing,on the other hand,to integrate internal and external resources and data processing into the basis of enterprise decision-making.The thesis describes the features,tools and application of DW.Moreover,not only does it study how to create a DW of printing enterprises,but it set up and analyses Online Analytical Processing(OLAP)in detail.Besides,this thesis also put forward the promotion function to lean management in the application of DW based on ERP,relying on the situation of Guangzhou People Printer Co.,Ltd.DW owns a secure,convenient,efficient application value and by drawing from the current progressive management tools and methods,this research of using DW based on ERP in lean management of printing enterprises turns out to be a beneficial exploration.
