In the past decades,the universities including their physical scales are developing rapidly in China.Accordingly,the house property,which is one cornerstone of a university,achieves the significant expansion.For example,some universities have several campuses in different districts or in different cities.However,the management of these house properties seriously lags and suffers from the low efficiency,the obsolete data and the inefficient collaboration,i.e.,the management mismatches and blocks the rapid development of house property.How to efficiently and properly manage these house properties becomes an emerging bottleneck in the university developement of China.This thesis investigates the shortages and requirements existing in the management of house properties in a university.Subsequently,to meet these requirements and alleviate these shortages,this thesis presents a management platform of house property that is based on the Web3 D and Web servering techniques.The main contributions of this thesis are listed as following:1)Based on the requirement of system design,Web3 D technology(including Java3 D,Cult3D,WebGL,Unity3D),Web servering technology(including Java,PHP,SSH)and Data Base system(including Access,Mysql,SQL Server,Oracle)are widely investigated and compared.Following that,a solution combining 3D Max,Unity3 D,SSH and Mysql is proposed to develop the management platform.2)Several function modules are designed,including a 3D scene model,a user interface,an access model with WeChat for mobile users and the related database.3)The developed management platform is experimentally validated by the system compatibility,the system running result and the system performance.The experimental results show that the proposed platform is capable to achieve efficient management of house properties.In summary,the proposed house management platform improves the utlization of the house property,reduces the management cost,benefits the universities for their strategic planning.Moreover,this research will also pave the way to a digital campus.
