For the exploration of non-profit organizations,researchers have been exploring for years.However,with the emergence of various new types of non-profit organizations,it is not only limited to the traditional "foundation" or "public organization".This paper chooses nearly a new educational non-profit organization TEDx as the research object to make specific investigation analysis,using empirical methods to explore the impact of the organizational structure on its internal communication.After studying the relevant literature,this paper takes Stephen.P.Robbins' definition of organization structure to explore the organization structure of TEDx,and finally concludes four factors that influence the internal communication of a non-profit organization: 1.The disorder caused by the misusing of power.2.The flaw of the rules.3.The influence of individuals.4.The influence of the contradiction of the members' roles.The factors above are based on three dimensions called centralization,formalization and complexity.Besides,the role of external behavior may also have effects on the communication process.This paper can be used as a reference for the further research on the organization structure and internal communication of the non-profit organization like TEDx.
