With the rapid development of TV industry in the recent twenty years, it has become an urgent issue how TV media keeps highly sensitive to the market needs so as to make the programs maximize the share of the market. In China, there are many problems, such as programs with less creative ability, lack of self-adaptability to transformation in program forms and perspectives of covering, channel resource waste, programs repeatedly set up, similar programs and smaller share of the market in the process of TV media running. Solving these problems requires that the Chinese media should design a pertinent organization structure according to the complicated and uncertain circumstance, enforce the organization adaptability to be accustomed to producing the TV programs, improve itself nuclear competitiveness and hence guarantee the discourse power of China in the international society. Based on the organization theory, combination system theory, and communication theory, the article studies the organization structure of TV media in order to some theoretical references and practices for the predominance of China's TV media in the competition.Adhering to the"system theory"and"total system"and according to the controlling relationship of"input-transform-output-feedback", the article puts forward the theoretical analysis framework of designing integration system model in TV media organizational structure, which is the theoretical basis of the whole study. Then it explains some main definitions in the TV media organization structure system, which is the core of the whole study; analyzes the cause-effect relationship between different the variables and organization structure system; determines the constructional hierarchy of system variables; further studies the theory, approach and ways of our country's TV media organization structure designing by applying the combination of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis and the combination of positive analysis and normative analysis.In order to make the study in the article have specific pertinence and practical significance and get the strategies of TV media organization structure designing to have more practical evidence, after the theoretical analysis, the article also analyzes the double nature of TV media, compares two overseas TV media's organization structure, contrasts our TV media's organization structure with the integrity of product and broadcast and illustrates the reasons why the demands of our TV media's organization structure adaptability are more urgent than overseas media.To find out the countermeasure of TV media's organization structure designing, the article studies the dynamic evolution of TV media's organization structure. From the perspective of organization ability, external circumstance and structure condition, it analyzes the law and approaches to the evolution of organization structure, explores the transformation process of TV media's organization structure existing condition to the input variables, analyzes the relationship of different variables at different levels, and makes clear the condition and function of different variables. By analyzing the two periods before and after TV media's organization structure, the article defines the feedback inspiration which leads to the transformational and measurable organization structure adaptability, finds out the evidence of organization structure evolution, analyzes the condition of TV media's organization structure in the fixed quantity and draws the outline of TV media's organization structure in the highly uncertain circumstance.Based on that, the article gives the account of the theoretical model on evaluation of TV media's organization structure adaptability, analyzes the adaptability of TV media in different conditions, decides on the assessment index system of TV media's organization structure adaptability by a survey, evaluates it comprehensively by the hierarchy analysis and the multilevel indistinct integrative evaluating methods and provides the evidence for the suitable organization structure of TV media designing.Based on the designing system integrity model and adaptability assessment model of TV media's organization structure, and by virtue of the specific analysis of evolution trend on TV media's organization structure, the article advances the ecotype adaptability model of TV media's organization structure which has strong self-adaptability and conforms with the features of the development in TV industry in China and explores the new methods of TV media transforming to the new organization structure. Finally, by the empirical analysis, the theories and methods discussed in this article are applied to the organization structure designing in the Hei Long Jiang TV station; the condition of the past organization structure and the reasons of organization being less sensitive to the market are analyzed; adaptability and countermeasure of organization structure in different forms are evaluated; the science and feasibility of the designing system integrity model and adaptability assessment model of TV media's organization structure are tested; practice and problems in TV media's organization structure designing are objectively discussed.During study, the article uses the existing achievement for references, combines organization theory, system theory and TV media communication system and applies the study to the reasons why our TV media producing programs lack competitiveness. Based on that, it poses systematically the theoretical model and countermeasure system of TV media's organization structure designing, thoroughly designs the model, ways and operation mechanism of TV media adaptability organization structure. Thus, the creation in the theory has been achieved and at the same time the article can also play an important role in the practice.
