Design And Implementation Of Town Land Royalities To Control Tax System

With the advancing of urbanization in China,the construction land is increasing,so the tax management work is facing many problems,the most typical problem is not able to gain tax information timely and accurately,which affect the quality of tax collection and management of urban land.To this end,this thesis will design the town land royalities to control tax system under the general requirements of tax collection and administration work,which explore the application of information technology in the aspect of tax collection and administration,in order to achieve the purposes of monitoring the town land use tax.In this thesis,the research work mainly includes the following aspects:(1)After in-depth research,the thesis collected and sorted the user requirements,and analyzed the business processes and functional requirements,at the same time,based on user requirements,completed the system architecture design,network topology structure design,system interface design and database design.(2)The thesis discussed realization process of each system function module combining with the system requirements and general design,and the corresponding program flow chart are given,Based on the above work,the subject completed the development of the main functional modules of the system based on ASP.NET technology and SQL Server database.(3)The research work achieved the core function module which included tax sources management module,information association module,tax inspection module,map control tax module.For taxable,non taxable,entitled to duty exemption or reduction,the tax sources management module can identify the types of above taxes from the data;The Information association module can establish associated relations between tax information and land information,thus providing support for subsequent tax management;After the establishment,the tax inspection module can assign tax bureau field verification through pushing tasks;The map control tax module can realize tax information,parcel information space browse,query,and the display of all kinds of thematic map through combing with Geographic Information System.The software architecture of town land royalities to control tax system adopted the way of multi-tier architecture;the system is divided into support layer,data layer,service layer,business layer and application layer.The software architecture have the characteristics of each layer are relatively independent and communicate with each other.At present,the system has been applied in Yiyang city,from the point of application effect,the system can manage the town land royalities of tax source information efficiently,and regulate the process of tax collection and administration work,achieving the target of control field to tax.
