The Design And Implementation Of General Compare System For Zhejiang Province Police

Although the public security informization construction and application has madesignificant development, but there still is much problem. Especially, informationapplication tools that most policeman use can not satisfy the need of police work, thisbecome the primary bottleneck for the further development. With the increasing ofinformation, the requirement of more strong tools or systems increases more.Information compare is the most commonly used application and most effective ways.However, the function can’t satisfy the need for flexible configuration. So, developing ageneral comparison platform is the practical urgent requirement of police work.There is no theory foundation for information compare, therefore, it is necessary toconstruct a mature information compare theory,establish a good theoretical basis for thedesign and the realization of general information compare platform. Firstly, this paperproposes information compare theory, information compare is the informationvalue-added process,so it can reference information analysis theory to constructinformation than theory.At present, all of information compare tools already concentrated to theinformation center,but there is a problem: data sources for comparing cannot customize.General Compare System including compare management, data management, rightsmanagement, alarm management, system management, compare management and datamanagement are the keys. General Compare System uses J2EE,Web services,application middleware technology, and realize a overall for B/S structure system. Thispaper describes the demand analysis, general design of the system needs and realize theframework. And detailed describes compare execution, compare scheduling and datasynchronization and so on. Then, this paper tests the system comprehensively, throughthe test, it realizes the system can meet the demands of design.After the system is online,the system play a proper role, it produces a marked effect. Finally, the shortage of thepaper and the next step work is also expounded.
