Construction And Application Of Land Management Information System On Integration Of City And Rural Area

The author reviews the development course and present situation of Land Information System, and accordingly puts forward the problems existed in Land Information System, especially the existed problems in LIS based on two series of sort systems梩he sort of the land current use and the land of town . By means of the analysis of the sort system of the land use type in the current investigation of land use adopted in our country and city land sort in the town cadastral investigation , the author puts forward the new classification system to realize the integration of city and rural area, and makes the sort system consist with three kinds of sort means in the law of the cadastral management to adapt the trend of the city and rural area land unification management and to meet data share.On the basis of the new classification, going on this premise , using the existed the current database of the land use and town cadastral management, the author discusses the construction scheme of the Information System of the integration of city and rural area from the aspects of the aims of system design, system environment, overall framework, database structure, and so on. The ability of this system spacial analysis, especially model analysis is stronger to realize the combination of the management system and office automation(OA).Without the database, the system is like water without a source, wood without a root. Therefore, the author discusses the design and establish of system database in detail, and takes an example of Yanliang to actualize the database engineering construction of the integration of city and rural area. The writer bats around the existed problems and the methods during the building database. Considering the nowadays development trend, the author discusses more about several correlational problems in the design of system.In the end, summarizing the whole thesis, the author tables a proposal.
