With the rapid social development, the competition among third-party logistics enterprises becomes more and more insensitive, the restructure to the enterprise's unreasonable business reduces the time and cost consumption of the third-party logistics'enterprise, and then improves the quality of customer service, finally increases the competitiveness of enterprise. For the following business process modeling, this paper summarizes the theory of knowledge on Petri nets briefly at first. After that it analyzes on the third-party logistics business processes. Then it presents an extended object-oriented Petri net (EOOPN) model based on business process, and gives an approach for the third-party logistics business process modeling based on EOOPN.Then this paper introduces a B2C logistics project instance for modeling, describes the detail features of instance model, and designs the main elements of the logistics'business. Finally, this paper gives the analysis and optimization for the instance model; it presents a reachable graph construction algorithm in model's structure to validate the rational feature of instance model. In the model's performance, it analyzes the three sub-processes of instance model from four indicators which are average response time, state dwell time, throughput and resource utilization, and then it show that the instance process should be improved by increasing enterprise information and restructuring business process, and then with time for the parameter, it uses ExSpect to simulate the instance business process for process optimization.During optimizing, this paper gets the critical path of the business processes by simulation to the instance, and then gets the consuming of the main business in the critical path, and makes the first optimization to the instance by reducing time which is relevant with the enterprise's information system. After that it analyzes the process in the critical path, and makes the second optimization to the instance by paralleling the business process. The result shows that the improvement reduces the operation time significantly.
