Research On The Business Process Optimization Based On Object-Oriented Petri Net In Logistics Distribution Center

Since 2009, China promulgated the "Logistics Industry Adjustment and Revitalization Plan", which provides the opportunity for the great-leap-forward development of logistics industry. In 2014, the logistics industry developed rapidly in our country, the total social logistics increased up 7.9% from 2013. In the rapid development of logistics industry, logistics distribution center has a pivotal position However, logistics distribution system in our country exists many problems, such as not standardized business process, low efficiency, high cost, the backward management system and the imperfect distribution center construction and so on. These problems limit the development of distribution. Nowadays, how to decrease the costs, improve operational efficiency and manage system business processes effectively are problems to be solved.In this paper, the logistics distribution and Petri net modeling of domestic and foreign research situation has summarized and analyzed, which clears about the background and significance of this paper. After comparing and analyzing the business process modeling methods, this paper finally confirms with object-oriented Petri net for business process modeling. Object-oriented Petri net has both advantages of object-oriented technology and traditional Petri nets, which is very suitable for business process analysis and modeling.This paper analyses the typical business process model of logistics distribution center, and analyses the concrete operation process, and draw the flow chart. After that, this paper chooses the outbound links which has many problems as the research object. This paper uses object-oriented Petri net modeling method to establish the model of logistics distribution center outbound process, and uses the "relational matrix analysis method" to analyze the characteristic of Petri net model which are proved correct and available.This paper uses correlation method of business process optimization to optimize the business process of logistics distribution, and sets up the optimized model of the object-oriented Petri net. This paper uses ExSpect software for simulation and analysis. For the sake of making more realistic simulation, this paper introduces stochastic variable to object-oriented Petri net model, which has further verified the correctness and availability of the optimization measures.
