Computer technology developed rapidly,while industrial control system has gone through the development process from direct digital control system(DDC)to distributed control system(DCS),then to field bus control system(FCS)and industrial control computer bus control system(IPC).With the development of industrial control system structure,the development technology and architecture of control software have undergone profound changes.As a common industrial control system,pipeline equipment control system needs to adapt to the development trend of pipeline process complexity and product diversification,which requires pipeline control system to have good flexibility and expansibility.However,the lack of universal and standardized development methods leads to the incompatibility and reusability of the control system.Based on this,the development method of pipeline equipment control system and the realization of supporting environment and tools are studied in this paper.The related technologies of pipeline equipment control system are studied in this paper.The dynamic requirement technology,modular development technology and general equipment service technology are emphatically introduced.Three models of pipeline equipment control system are analyzed,and the design principles and operation processes of the three models are compared.Based on the design of modular hierarchical model,this paper presents the development method of modular control program.In the access layer of modular program,the design and implementation of standard template interface are introduced.A standardized development method is proposed for the realization of logic layer.A hardware driver layer is designed to encapsulate the control of various external devices and separate them from logic layer.The construction of general equipment service provides tools for generating control system configuration and running environment for modular program access,and establishes support environment and tools from control system configuration to operation.In this paper,the principle and implementation of system event handling,system state transition,task distribution,privilege management,device driver and other control processes during the operation of the control system are introduced in detail.Aiming at the application scenario of pipeline equipment cluster operation,this paper introduces the interaction and communication process between pipeline and control center,transporting device,and gives the realization of the operation process of pipeline cluster operation.Smart card manufacturing equipment is a typical pipeline equipment.This paper introduces the operation process of three pipeline control systems: smart card milling slot-take-up machine,smart card bump welding-packaging machine and smart card personalized machine.Based on the modular hierarchical model and general equipment service platform,the realization of the control system is given,and the control system is tested.
