The Reseach And Design Of General EAM Platform Software

EAM (Enterprise Asset Management System) comes along with theory development and the practice of the equipment engineering and the software engineering, develops from the CMMS. At present in domestic, the EAM asset management thought and EAM system has been gradually accepted and used by the large-scale property intensity enterprise like power plant, the petrochemical enterprise, however other types of enterprises and institutions rarely used EAM assets management, this is because the present EAM system usually is aims at some profession design and the development, the operation flow, the organizations and agencies, the equipment encoding method is often fixed that causes the EAM system flexibility insufficient; At the same time, foreign asset management system pursues the flexibility excessively, but cannot manifest the profession characteristic. This article absorbs the merit of EAM system that in the domestic and foreign as foundation, abstracts the EAM asset management foundation flow in the maintenance, uses SOA (Service-oriented Architecture) the system design thought and the J2EE multi-layer module construction, put the service logic to the Coarse-grained service, and reserve Fine-grained service interfaces, allows to realize the service interfaces through the re-development, realizes the concrete service, manifests the different characteristic of the different profession asset management, enables the EAM asset management thought to be suitable for the different profession Enterprises and institutions. This article mainly includes the following content:(1) Through the investigation and study of domestic and foreign EAM, analyze the EAM trend of development, according to the EAM existence the insufficiency and the trend of development, summarized the significance and the necessity of the research and the design general EAM platform.(2) Elaborated from two aspects of the crosswise and the longitudinal service view of the general EAM platform overall function frame and the main foundation function module, and abstract, design the model basic operation flow (service function frame).(3) In explains SOA Service-oriented system construction as foundation, proposed a general EAM platform software construction which conforms to the characteristic of asset management in Enterprises and institutions and base on the SOA thought.(4) Analyzing the organizations and agencies model of the existing enterprises and institutions as foundation, and combining the characteristic of general EAM platform’s organizations and agencies, proposed logic organizations and agencies model and the entity organizations and agencies concept, design the general EAM platform organizations and agencies model. Give the general EAM platform access control module design proposal.(5) Analyzing existing typical of equipment property code system in property intensity business as foundation, design and realize the general purpose equipment code scheme, and give a concrete application example of the Sinopec(?)equipment code based on this plan, demonstrate the versatility and the specialization of this equipment code scheme.
