The Construction Of Oil Equipment Manufacturing Industry Innovation Service Platform

This thesis on oil equipment manufacturing innovative technology services is undertaken under Construction "Ha DaQi" Industrial Corridor of the Heilongjiang Province, based on the national science and technology support program-revitalizing the old northeast industrial base. This topic conforms to the trend of oil equipment manufacturing industry, promotes the Daqing oil equipment manufacturing services, collaboration and intelligence, and creates benchmark for the development and the formation of industrial chain of petroleum equipment manufacturing industry.The innovation service mode is proposed that is "online collaboration and offline services", which based on petroleum equipment manufacturing industry technological innovation service platform and on the whole life cycle of oil equipment manufacturing industry, through the communication and coordination with service provider and the enterprise. The way and the corresponding database of accessing platform is developed for all kinds of services, the thesis sets up petroleum equipment design, manufacture, testing service platform, publishes a template for service providers, and implements open service access. In the process of research, workflow technology and collaborative ideas are introduced, and the lightweight workflow engine is designed and developed. The Workflow is used to business streamline processing, which can make an appointment, track, process and feedback service. The multi-level user authorization mechanism is established to track order form. The both sides of supplier and purchaser can track the order together, and then collaborative management of service is realized. In addition, the reuse technology is applied in the construction of platform, which make our platform has the higher system reuse value.In this thesis, the project based on the research results has passed the acceptance of the Heilongjiang province science and technology department, which became the first innovation service platform used in the petroleum equipment manufacturing industry. The theoretical and practical support is provided for the construction of Chinese oil equipment manufacturing technology innovation service platform.
