Smart Cards are alre ady quite popular in our daily life today. With the development of Internet of Things technology, the market demands of the smart cards present a sharp rise. It is both opportunity and challenge for the smart card production equipment manufacturing industry. Due to the industrial control software system development in this domain lags behind and long-term for a particular equipment development mode, the control system always dependent on specific components. The introduction of new equipment often causes the secondary development of the control system. In addition, a large number of foreign high-tech equipment pour into the domestic market and have a great impact to domestic manufacturing industry.In this industry background, this paper hope to develop a se t of software system for a kind of high-speed magnetic card personalization pipeline equipment, with equipment operation control, data management and human-computer interaction. And develop a software control system framework witch can be applied to differ ent types of pipeline in this domain on this basis, realizing decoupling between software system and equipment.After giving full consideration to a type of high-speed pipeline equipment, we find that the software system needs both to ensure the real-time control of equipment under the condition of the high concurrency and to guarantee the robustness of the equipment operation. We refer to a lot of methods used by Web Server to realize high performance I/O, and try to practice these methods in the motion co ntrol of mechanical equipment. Finally we designed and implemented the control framework of a type of pipeline equipment ——Motion Group, based on the Actor model and General Service framework which pre-exist in my lab team. The core idea of this framework i s considering the equipment as the combination of a series of positions. Positions are independent from each other, and make interaction by message passing. This paper also defines the communication protocol between positions. Through inserting a special kind of cache position between positions, we finally avoid the synchronization dependencies between positions, and realize the access and control of the pipeline equipment.At the end of the paper, we use this framework to implement a software system for a kind of high-speed magnetic card personalization pipeline equipment. The system has realized the equipment access control, data management, real-time monitoring, fault diagnosis and other functions, gives full play to the equipment hardware performance advantages, and achieves industry leading level in this domain.
