With the rapid development of modern computer and communication technology,smart card becomes an important part of people's life,and contactless smart card has become the direction of smart card market in the future. Contactless smart card uses the technology of Radio Frequency Identification,because contactless smart card has some advantages over contact smart card such as its high working speed good anticollsion quality long working distance,there will be a goog prospect for it in many fields such as automatic pricing identity distinguishing electric wallet and so on.Because of the increment of auto thieved case from 90's,the valid guard equipment and transponder has developed rapid.There becomes a new method with which we can detect authorization and key,this method can realize electric guard function by controlling electron ignition equipment.There is much production in this field now,but few research in domestic field.This paper presents a new kind of research and design of auto-guard equipment based on RFID.At first,the paper generally introduces smart card,including its concept feature type international standard and developing condition.Then it introduces contactless smart card containing the concept and working principle of RFID.This paper gives emphasis to the introduce of U2270B and T5557 of Atmel corporation in detail.Based on these,the paper discusses the hardware and software design of auto-guard equipment based on RFID.The design of hardware circuit includes IC read and write circuitN voice alert circuit power monitor and control circuit -. storage interface circuit and serial port telecommunication circuit.The design of software includes the software of IC read and write circuit and other functional circuit.At last,the paper introduces the mathematical theories and algorithm principle of elliptic curve cryptosystems, presents the use of elliptic curve cryptosystems in contactiess smart card and its special advantages.
