Research On Intelligent Service Level Evaluation Of Equipment Manufacturing Enterprises In China

With the advent and development of the era of big data,there are numerous researches on the Internet of things,cloud computing and other technologies.It has gradually become the mainstream direction to analyze the market and potential customer demand with data information to create added value of services.With the increasingly intensified market competition and the diversification and comprehensiveness of customer demand,the manufacturing industry is facing huge challenges in the domestic and foreign markets.Under the guidance of this development trend,all countries are actively looking for a breakthrough to realize the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing enterprises.In 2016,in terms of manufacturing industry in our country,and state for manufacturing stage in the development of a service-oriented manufacturing special operation guide pointed out that the integration of manufacturing and services of the new situation of development for future manufacturing services,from the relevant concepts of intelligent services theory,this paper analyses the difference between the intelligence services and traditional services and contact,intelligent service level high and low impact equipment manufacturing enterprises is discussed in this paper the related factors and on this basis to establish intelligent service level evaluation index system,using the relevant evaluation method,to analyze its service level.Firstly,the basic theoretical concepts of intelligent service are expounded.Based on the equipment manufacturing enterprises,the specific performance of their intelligent service activities is studied and analyzed.The relevant theoretical models used in the evaluation of intelligent service level are explained,and the research methods of this paper are determined.Secondly,from the product intelligence,materialization,digital services and output level of service to the service level of intelligent equipment manufacturing enterprises influence factors were analyzed,and according to the relevant construction principles of index system,combined with the Delphi method and correlation analysis to construct the evaluation index system of screening,and ultimately determine the equipmentmanufacturing enterprise intelligence service level evaluation index system including 4first-level indicators 15 secondary indexes.Finally,using the basic principle of the analytic hierarchy process(ahp)to determine the intelligence service level corresponding weights of evaluation indexes,and combining the gray fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method as the evaluation model,we do empirical analysis on some equipment manufacturing enterprise,and determine the feasibility of the evaluation model,and according to the evaluation results,the index weight and index scores were analyzed,and determine the weak spot of the enterprise intelligence service,combined with the specific results targeted analysis,and put forward constructive Suggestions.
