This paper takes the characteristics of Beijing Palace Museum's cultural and creative product development as the research object and analyzes the cultural value contained in the Palace Museum's cultural and creative products as the starting point of research.The SIVA theory and IP industry chain theory in marketing theory is used as analytical tools for the Forbidden City in Beijing.The characteristic development model of the museum's cultural and creative products is analyzed.Through the analysis and analysis of the existing product lines of the Palace Museum's cultural and creative products,the development ideas were clarified.Firstly,the analysis of the cultural connotation and cultural symbolic expression of the Forbidden City cultural and creative products shows that it has a high development value.The product design route adopted by the Palace Museum will be refined from the product design concept and product development model.Next is the focus of this research.With the interdisciplinary analysis model,the marketing process is repeated and discussed,and the marketing model with its characteristics is obtained.Based on the cultural value of the cultural and creative products of the Palace Museum,this paper systematically analyzes and summarizes the whole process of cultural and creative products development.Finally,revealing the development model of the Beijing Palace Museum's cultural and creative products is a replicable successful route worthy of promotion.The successful development of the Palace Museum's cultural and creative products is of great significance to China.It can not only bring economic benefits to the museum but also promote the museum to provide higher quality services to all sectors of society to reflect its social value,to increase cultural confidence and improve the country.Soft power is of great significance.
