At present,Xinjiang is striving to make tourism a strategic pillar industry and an important engine for high-quality economic development.In recent years,Xinjiang's tourism industry has developed vigorously,especially in 2018,the total number of tourists in Xinjiang has exceeded 150 million,with a growth rate of more than 40%.The author chooses Xinjiang's tourism reports from the People's Network of the Central Media in the five years from 2014 to 2018 as the research object,discusses the characteristics of Xinjiang's reports,summarizes and summarizes the reporting strategies,and puts forward suggestions for improvement.This research uses content analysis method and text analysis method,and combines quantitative and qualitative methods to analyze 462 samples from nine aspects: the number of reports,news sources,reporting theme,reporting time,reporting area,news sources,news genre,presentation form and position tendency.It concludes the strategies of Xinjiang tourism reporting on People's Network Tourism Channel: topic setting.On the one hand,we should adhere to policy orientation and highlight the strategy of "global tourism";on the other hand,we should pay attention to festival activities and emphasize multi-cultural strategy;on the other hand,we should focus on official channels to build the credibility of the party and media;on the other hand,we should adhere to macro-narrative,fast and comprehensive reporting in text narrative,and at the same time,we should adhere to positive position and inclination reporting to show the achievements of tourism development in Xinjiang.The study also analyzed the problems of Xinjiang tourism reporting strategy of Renmin's tourism channel based on its media nature and Xinjiang's tourism reality,such as: single topic level,repeated reporting on the same theme;strong political nature and weak service;uneven "cold" and "hot" reporting,large regional differences;too much information,lack of depth,and various presentation modes limited to pictures and texts.And so on.In the last part of the study,the author focuses on the future development oftourism in Xinjiang,combines with the current era background of media-integrated communication,and puts forward suggestions for Xinjiang tourism reporting strategies of the people's network tourism channel: expanding the breadth and depth of topics,eliminating homogeneous reporting;balancing space-time differences,giving attention to both authority and service,while enriching the reporting genre,creating media-integrated communication,and at the same time developing.Give full play to the responsibility of supervision by public opinion and promote the healthy development of tourism in Xinjiang.
