Mobile Short Video Transmission Loss And Supervision Research

In recent years,with the development of mobile Internet technology and the popularization of intelligent terminals,mobile short video platform has emerged as a new method,which has become an important entertainment tool for netizens.Mobile short video platforms,such as TikTok,KuaiShou,QuanMin Video and other mobile short video platforms have emerged in the era of mobilization,socialization,and fragmentation.This paper borrows the relevant knowledge points such as the housekeeper,the hot and cold media,and the literature analysis method.By summarizing the current development status of the mobile short video platform,and focusing on the development of mobile short video platform from the perspective of government regulation and platform governance,we will make innovative countermeasures.This study is divided into four parts:The first part is the introduction,focusing on the research background,research methods and definition of basic concepts of the paper,focusing on the development status and research status of China's mobile short video.The second part is the analysis of the negative phenomenon and causes of mobile short video transmission,the general phenomenon of the mobile short video platform and its negative impact on the society,and explore the causes of the problem from the government,platform operators and users.The third part is the status quo and problems of mobile short video surveillance in China.Starting from the two levels of government supervision and platform governance,it points out the main problems in the development of mobile short video in China.The fourth part is the research on the countermeasures of mobile short video supervision,giving regulatory advice from the government and platform level,and suggesting that the two parties cooperate with users to promote the sound development of the short video industry.This paper proposes the following recommendations for government regulation and platform governance of mobile short video platforms.First,at the level of govermment regulation,it proposes that it is necessary to detail the main body of the supervision,actively encourage the dissemination of technological innovation,and promote the construction of the legal system.Secondly,from the platform governance level,the integration mechanism of the platform is proposed,and the economic behavior of the platform is interfered to a certain extent through the integration of points.At the same time,the platform should actively promote the establishment of the protection mechanism for minors.Finally,the benign development of mobile short video requires the government and platform to unite users to promote synergy.In this regard,it proposes a mechanism to encourage users to report,user violations,and actively promote the promotion of user media literacy.
