Design And Implementation Of College Student Charge Management System Based On Campus Network

Develop the country through science and education, education is one of the importantconditions for the realization of national prosperity, and higher education is the core stage ofcultivating high level talents. In order to guarantee the smooth development of highereducation, financial security is the key, and charge work affects the financial operation ofcolleges directly. Since the university enrollment expansion, a rapid increase in the number ofstudents in colleges, the number of charges also gradually increases. The difficulty of chargesis increased, resulting in pressure charging staff. Nowadays, how to improve the efficiency ofcharge is still bothering the colleges in the related managerial staffs.With the rapid development of information technology, universities as an important basefor training talents, reform and innovation in order to adapt to the rapid development ofsociety, and information technology is one of the means. This project took a college as theresearch object, each stage followed the system development life cycle requirement,preliminary investigated the school business, from the point of all charge business, putforward the development needs of the university student fees management platform, andadopted the uml unified modeling language of needs analysis, used oracle 10 g as thebackground database and Java as development technology, based on the digital campus,realized the student charge management platform. The platform includes project management,charge standard management, paid management, change management, the number of billmanagement, and meets the requirements of school fee management. About payment channels,the school signed an agreement with China Union Pay company, so that students can throughinternet banking self-service payment, and the school established long-term cooperationrelationship with Guangdong Province branch of Bank of China, the two sides developmentinterface for data exchange, such students can pay at the counter of Bank of China inGuangdong Province(except Shenzhen). Practice has proved that after the implementation ofcharge management platform has significant effect, the system not only solves the studentonline self-service payment and makes the subordinate department manage fees independently,but also reduces the burden of staff, improves work efficiency.
