In recent years, the level of IT development of China has greatly improved, businesses in all walks of life realize information management to replace manual management. Yunnan’s economic development is relatively slow, a lot of management information data are still using artificial manner. Currently, with the change of enrollment system and the expansion of enrollment scale, the management workload of student fee in Yunnan Technician College are also becoming more complex, in order to improve the efficiency of student fee management for Yunnan Technician College, enhance the level of information construction, and better manage the student’s basic information, it is in urgent need of developing and designing the design a student fee management system with high degree of information for Yunnan Technician College.Yunnan Technician College student fee management system did requirements analysis through the operation of the main functions and the specific process of each operation, designed and analyzed the technologies used. Considering the requirements of data security of student information, fee information and other data that the system managed, cost information and data transfer requirements, such as flexibility, decided the system using B/S framework, used object-oriented high-level programming language java, which was based on SSH technology architecture, to write code, integrated J2EE to architecture development of the system, used struts framework, spring framework and hibernate framework to logically call the foreground and the background of the system, to flexibly encrypted call data information of the database and to package the data of the system background. By comprehensively considering the operation of the fee management of Yunnan Technician College, the system used SQL SERVER 2012 database for detailed database design.Yunnan Technician College student fee management system primarily designed three functions, including freshmen management, student management, and fee management. Freshmen management function included three functional operations, freshmen entry, report management and storage of placement, the operation of freshman entry included adding freshman, bulk import, freshman query and analysis of the same name; report management function achieved report confirmation, viewing the report situation, and other operations; storage of placement had the operations of class layout, student number layout and freshman storage. Fee management primarily designed two functions, fee management and payment query. Which fee management included student payment management, freshman payment management, class batch payment management, class bulk refund management, task fee management, freshmen transferring class management and report form management and other operations; payment query primarily designed report form query and receipt query and other operations.Through continuous improvement of the system during the operational process, it became more mature,and the functional operations became more perfect. After applied in Yunnan Technician College, the system can effectively improve work efficiency of student fee management and the data management level for the college, and lift information management of the college to a new level, and keep close to domestic universities.
