Shengli College Student Fee System Design And Implementation

Since the implementation of the charging system of higher education the tuition collecting work has been complex and heavy to the financial departments. At present each entity in the model design for the charging platform used by most schools is scattered and isolated, without a main line to collect in series, and the analysis to business of the charging platform in the system analysis and design is not thorough enough. Therefore, we need to design a core business entity model which is more generic and can collect all business of the platform. This model must have good compatibility, in order to promote the application of the system in the future, it must be able to deal with all different needs of school fees collection, and be convenient to expand the new business.In order to adapt to the reform model that the management decision-making is separated from the information services, the students'registration has been separated from the tuition collection in our school. Students Affairs Office is mainly in charge of students'registration after they have paid their tuition while the Financial Department is responsible for many charging duties including tuition collection as a campus bank facing all staffs and students of the school, which greatly increases the workload of the Financial Department, and raises higher business requirements for the tuition collection. So it is imperative to design and use a new type of management software for the student fees collection.Shengli College student fees collection system designed in this article, based on the campus network transformation of Shengli College, makes the design and implementation to the students'fees collection management system. The system design is based on B/S mode, applying .NET development technology, and adopting SQL Server database management system to develop Shengli College student charging management system. This article focuses on the development process of the system: system demand analysis, system outline design, detailed design, database design, system implementation, highlighting the system functions and the implementation process of the database. This article elaborates the basic structure and the function design process of the system, and it makes a detailed analysis and research of various functional modules of the system. Shengli College student charging management system is proved to be a suitable application software for student fees charging departments because it is convenient to run, easy to operate, with the system interface design simple, practical, and in good taste.
