Research And Analysis On Student Charge Management System Of Yunnan University Tourism And Culture College

In recent years, with the increase enrollment of universities, enrollment types and the diversification of education approach, more students need to pay the tuition. And more items are needed to pay. It gives the new challenge to the charge management patterns of universities. How to regular the charge managements of the universities by information technology, get the fee collector out of the tedious manual process, improve efficiency, reduce the workload of the charging process, promote the monitoring strengthen of capital gains, realize the transparent management on accounts, received, relief, arrears of student’s charge? Informationizing the student’s charge management of universities has become the problems and challenges which the universities going to meet. In view of this, this study will be combined with the actual needs of universities, and design the students charge management system for the universities.From the view of Admissions Office of dean’s office, Student Affairs Office, the counselor of each department, the thesis analyze the actual needs of the students charge, design the students charge system which is meet the specific situation of each college. After the implementation of the system, it will effectively regular and improve the students charge management work, improve the efficiency, reduce the pressure of fee collector, promote the profession skill of students charge management work, and improve the efficiency and quality of students charge management. This topic mainly study the information of universities’charge management provide effective implementation method. The system includes seven functional modules: Tuition fee management, Dormitory management fee adjustment, Pre-charge management, Bill management, Refund management, System management.
