Nowadays,the industrial structure is constantly adjusted,and information technology is also booming and universally applied.The software service outsourcing industry's compliance with the global economic growth trend has become a force that has driven the development of the software and information services industry.In today's economic globalization,competition among various countries,regions,and enterprises no longer depends solely on traditional methods such as physical capital investment and economies of scale,but instead relies more on the power of talent.In the development process of software outsourcing enterprises,human resource management has always faced various challenges,and recruitment is the first step in enterprise human resources management.This paper is mainly for the purpose of researching the combination of the specialty of software outsourcing enterprises recruitment and the efficiency of funnel model,researching the cloud recruitment model of software outsourcing enterprises based on funnel model,and applying the funnel model to the personnel selection and recruitment process to construct the “personnel selection”.Funnel Model and Recruitment Process Funnel Model.Designing and implementing a cloud recruitment system with computer technology,and combining the use of funnel model theory with the use of cloud recruitment systems to optimize the software recruitment process for software outsourcing companies,increase recruitment efficiency,revitalize corporate historical recruitment data,and reduce recruitment costs.The software outsourcing company provides necessary reference for efficient recruitment.However,the cloud recruitment management system is more suitable for large enterprises,especially those with large talent demand.This article studies the results:(1)Handing over the preliminary resume screening to the cloud recruitment system to achieve the first layer of the “personnel selection funnel model”,saving the time spent by the outsourcing company's recruiters on the selection of resumes;(2)The evaluation module in the cloud recruitment system can implement the second and third layers of the “personnel selection funnel model”.The evaluation results are stored in the system,traceable and easy to call;(3)Put the entire recruitment process into operation in the system,freeing recruiters from cumbersome data compilation work.Each step of the recruitment process has traces.Through the report export function,the data in each recruitment link can be extracted,and the “recruitment process funnel model” can be used for analysis to provide decision-making basis for the hiring management.(4)Locking and releasing of resources to realize the optimization of resource allocation for software outsourcing enterprises.
