| Human resources are the fundamental guarantee for modern enterprises to be an invincible position in the increasingly fierce competition in the commercial.How can meet the business needs to recruit talents in the situation of ensuring the least cost of time and energy, but also allow job seekers to more easily participate in the recruitment is an issue of concern to businesses and individuals. job seekers are not satisfied with the simple, traditional recruitment methods and with the continuous development of network technology,the network has become the most important channel for the flow of talent. Companies and job seekers want to get their own purposes through the influence of the Internet. Therefore, how to design a perfect recruitment system is vital.This article has five parts to show the system design and arrangement, from three aspects about business analysis, functional analysis and data analysis to show the detailed system analysis:Firstly, it shows the current research situation and system design objectives by researching a lot of literature and significance analyzing of recruitment system; Secondly, it has the business analysis by using the UML activity diagram to show the original business process analysis. On the basis of that,it carries out business optimization to improve the complexity and practicality; Again,it has the functional analysis by using the UML use case diagrams and package diagrams to show the analysis of system presentation layer and business logic layer,so that it can create dynamic functional model; Then, it has the data analysis by using the UML thumbnails diagram and entity class diagram to show the data analysis.It uses thumbnails diagram to describes database analysis from bottom to upwards and the relational mapping between entity class and table to design the database, so that it can build static model; Finally, it summarizes the content and the lack of this paper and gives further work prospects. The recruitment system is mainly to provide a five-part feature use cases:recruitment program management, recruitment resume management, recruitment hiring management, recruitment contract management and recruitment trial management. The system improves the efficiency of the company’s recruitment and achieves information technology of recruitment management. |
