Current Situation And Countermeasure Of Urban Construction Archives In Prefecture-level Cities Of Hunan Province

Urban construction archives refer to documents and materials directly formed in urban planning,construction and management activities that have preservation value for the country and society,such as text,drawings,charts,audio-visual and other carriers.With the gradual deepening of urbanization in China and the development and advancement of smart cities,urban construction archives,as a historical witness of urban development,play an important role in urban planning,urban construction and underground pipeline network construction.Studying the development status of urban construction archives and discussing the development countermeasures of urban construction archives is one of the important contents under the current wisdom city construction.This paper takes the current situation and Countermeasures of urban construction archives in prefecture-level cities of Hunan Province as the research topic,aiming at analyzing the current situation of urban construction archives in Hunan Province,analyzing its existing problems,and discussing its development strategies,so that urban construction archives can better serve the development and construction of local cities,and contribute little to the promotion and improvement of the development of urban construction archives in Hunan Province.At the same time,taking Hunan Province as a window,we can have a glimpse of the development status of urban construction archives in the whole country,in order to attract valuable information and enrich the research on the development of urban construction archives in China.In this paper,literature survey method,network survey method and interview method are used to conduct research,and relevant materials of urban construction archives and other archives of 13 prefecture-level cities in hunan province are obtained,reviews the achievements of prefecture-level urban construction archives in Hunan Province in six aspects: development environment,archiving of electronic documents of construction projects,collection resources of urban construction archives,informationization level of urban construction archives,utilization of urban construction archives and training of urban construction archivists.The main problems existing in the development of urban construction archives in prefecture-level cities in Hunan Province are analyzed emphatically as follows: lack of funds and insufficient financial input;inconsistency in the collection and filing standards of urban construction archives at different levels;and unbalanced digitalization of urban construction archives at three levels.The paper holds that the strategies to promote the development of urban construction archives in prefecture-level cities in Hunan Province are as follows: firstly,to broaden the funding channels of urban construction archives,increase financial investment,encourage enterprises and individuals to sponsor and support,and implement the project archives deposit system;secondly,to coordinate the collection and filing standards of urban construction archives at all levels;thirdly,to strengthen the digital construction of urban construction archives and unify the digital regulations of urban construction archives.Fifth,we should strengthen the construction of urban construction archives team,pay attention to the training and introduction of urban construction archives professionals,improve the treatment of urban construction archives professionals,and enrich the form and content of urban construction archives training.
