With the initiative of the "Belt and Road" and "China-ASEAN Destiny Community",cooperation between China and Cambodia will be more frequent,and how to tell the Chinese story in cooperation will become more urgent.With the steady development of the journalism industry in Cambodia,and the popularity of the Internet has also brought new development opportunities for the Cambodian journalism industry.Under such a background,China's approach to Cambodia's communication should also be in line with the development needs of innovation,so it is necessary to explore and optimize the optimization of China's external communication strategy.This thesis is divided into four parts.The introduction part mainly expounds the background and significance of the topic selection,sorts out the historical status and communication strategies of China-Cambodia communication,builds the research framework of the article,and proposes research methods and innovations.The second part analyzes the research background and the overview of Cambodia's headlines,and introduces the historical situation of China-Cambodia communication.The journalism industry in Cambodia has formed a market-oriented pattern and has been transformed into new media with the popularity of 4G networks.As a non-governmental media,the use of new media to market-oriented communication activities,and develop communication strategies according to market requirements.The third part introduces the communication strategy adopted by the Cambodian headlines.Taking the headline of Cambodia's headline 2018 as a research sample,using text analysis,case studies,user interviews and other methods,based on the relevant theories of communication,the system model of communication strategy research is constructed,from information strategy,user strategy and operation strategy.In the aspect,it sorts out the relevant practices of the Cambodian headline communication strategy and summarizes the results obtained.The fourth part,based on the previous communication strategy and the combination of user interviews,puts forward the shortcomings of Cambodia's headline cormmunication strategy:low information localization,low user conversion rate,low promotion;and suggestions:improve the quantity and timeliness of local news.Establish a user community to promote the point system and innovative promotion methods.Finally,comb the summary of the full text.This paper analyzes the foreign communication strategy of Cambodia's headlines,with a view to providing new ideas and references for other external media,and contributing to China-Cambodia communication.
