Satisfaction as an indicators to measure the audience attitude towards the show they’ve watched, reflect the quality of the channel and programs, could be a guide to the program improving、channel positioning and brand building. With the background of big data mining and internet became the mirror of real world, internet users satisfaction can become a quantifiable and representative satisfaction index. Variety show’s marketing competition is intense for the past few year, the number of programs is on a blowout growth, however, more boom is more dangerous. Media people should pursue high influence and good reputation, to prolong the lifecycle of the program, so the research on influencing factors of satisfaction is particularly important now.Predecessors study only focus on few factors, such as ratings, program type and audience characteristics, and most of them use discussions or qualitative research methods instead of quantitative analysis, didn’t verify the existence of various relationships, and there is no systematic analysis of the possible model. This article select 30 popular variety show as samples, raise possible factors from both production and audience aspects, collect millions data from Network Video Monitoring and Analysis System of Zhejiang University Of Media and Communications,Baidu Index,Weibo Index, JiRang technique, quantitative analysis the data and build the model of influence factors of internet users satisfaction.
