Standard Time is time required for the job which is at normal operating conditions and reasonable rate of labor intensity, finished by qualified workers, using standard operating methods, achieved the quality demands. The standard time is quite objective and impartial. It is the benchmark of the efficiency datum, as well as the data foundation of the enterprise. However, since the majority of Chinese manufacturing Enterprises have using the traditional standard time formulation methods, such as experience-based estimation of man-hour, which lacking the essential value to the operating method optimization and the standardization, causes the man-hour data that could not effectively support the production management.This standard time formulation system, directing at the characteristics of discrete manufacturing industries, uses the Industrial Engineering work study as theoretical basis. The integrated application of typical time study methods, such as PTS, standard data, combined with operating analysis means, as well as the appropriate information technology, enable the standard time formulation system as an effective instrument to help the manufacturers to improve efficiency, reduce costs, provide the management and the technical support for accumulation and application of essential data.Taking into account the enterprises issue of integrated applications of information systems, through the analysis of operation time formulating process related entities, this subject build integrated application interface for the technological designing and manufacturing segment, which depend on the data and function integration of standard time formulation system and other MIS, such as MPM,PDM,ERP. Satisfies the data uniform demand from craft to the manufacturing link, enhances the feasibility of accumulating and applying standard essential data.This subject research uses RUP software development methodology as well as object-oriented analysis and design methods. Thesis is divided into eight chapters.The first chapter proposes that the topic origin and the research significance, analyzes the domestic and foreign standard time formulation and application status, as well as the analyze and compare related information systems;The second chapter elaborates the standard time's principle, the constitution, the formulation method comparison, has discussed the correlation theories technology in the topic research application.The third chapter, proposes the overall design mentality of standard time formulation system, the standard time formulation system function construction, the system core logical flow, and has studied this system and the enterprise other system's integrated relations.The fourth chapter, further analyses the standard time formulation system demand and the system construction. Choose the core subsystem "the operating time formulation" as the targeted to do refinement analysis, and elaborates the main content and the process of "the work characteristic edition" in the system.The fifth chapter, elaborates how to formulate operating time in the system.The sixth chapter, in view of enterprise's operating time formulation demand under the single unit small batch production way, proposes the CBR based operating time formulation, elaborates the application and the process algorithm of CBR in system.The seventh chapter is about the System database design, which includes three phases. The first phase is to build the System and its modules' E-R models, the second phase is to translate the E-R models into relational database tables, the last phase is to design the key database tables.The last chapter makes the conclusion of the thesis, summary the paper, illustrate the insufficiency and prospect of this research domain.
