With the personal information age and the progressive development of electronic information storage media increasingly, personal information synchronization technology has made leaps and bounds.In this thesis, information technology, through the classification of individuals and description, comparison and study a wide variety of mobile operating system, combined with the field of international information now commonly used protocols and standards, gives the SyncML synchronization protocol, vCard standard protocol detailed explanation and description. This article also discusses the same time mobile phone synchronization technology and the key difficulties in the implementation of methods and a complete solution for this basic algorithm.Focusing on the PIM(Personal information management) System, the software realize a system about mobile contact's management and synchronizing between Mobile device(wireless teminate) and internet server.By contrast several different Mobile OS, with stuyding the theory and key technology of PIM technique and previous problem in other counterpart software solutions, the paper gives a high capability System of PIM. the main framework and Data structure is also listed in this paper.
