With the development of information technology,mobile,interconnection and intercommunication have become the most important features of daily life.At the same time,it has brought many conveniences to people's life,work and study.People's reading methods have also changed.Mobile reading has become the main Way of reading.Mobile reading apps are rapidly gaining popularity and convenience for reading.The realization of the featured functions of the mobile reading APP is more and more dependent on the user's personal information,but the risk of information leakage restricts the user's information disclosure behavior.In the long run,it is not conducive to the development of the mobile reading industry.This paper attempts to study the influencing factors of mobile reader APP's personal information disclosure behavior,and to understand the factors that promote and restrict users' disclosure of personal information disclosure behavior,to provide reasonable suggestions for mobile reading APP enterprises to enhance users' personal information disclosure willingness.On the basis of fully reading the previous research,from the point of view of user perception,combined with the actual situation of mobile reading APP,this paper summarizes the factors of the user's personal information disclosure behavior by using rational behavior theory,information system success model,privacy calculation theory,program equity theory,etc.These include 4 user-aware factors: perceived information interaction fairness,perceived information control,perceived risk,perceived revenue,5 mobile reading APP platform construction factors: privacy protocol,information feedback,system quality,content quality,personalized service.From the perspective of user perception,the theoretical model of the influence factors of the personal information disclosure behavior of mobile reading APP users is constructed,and the model is verified by the methods of questionnaire survey and data analysis.Through research,it is proved that: perceived information interaction is positive impact on the personal information disclosure behavior of mobile reading APP users,and privacy agreement and information feedback can promote the personal information disclosure behavior of mobile reading APP users through positive impact perceived information interaction fairness;perceived information control is positive impact on mobile reading APP users' personal information disclosure behavior,privacy agreement and information feedback through the positive impact of perceived information interaction fair to promote mobile reading APP users' personal information disclosure behavior;perceived risk negative affects the personal information disclosure behavior of mobile reading APP users,privacy agreement,information feedback,system quality,content quality and personalized service promotes the personal information disclosure behavior of mobile reading APP users through negative impact perceived risk;System quality,content quality and personalized service can promote the disclosure of mobile reading APP's personal information through positive impact-aware revenue.Finally,according to the results of empirical research,from the mobile reading APP platform construction to put forward targeted recommendations to promote mobile reading APP users' personal information disclosure behavior.
