With the rapid development of cloud computing technology,more and more users choose to rent cloud resources to meet the growing business needs.Therefore,how to accurately and accurately detect resource data in the cloud environment and improve cloud service quality and stability become important issues that the cloud computing providers need to address.In addition,as the commercialization process of cloud services continues to accelerate,The traditional fixed billing method can no longer meet the needs of the current differentiated users,and accurate charging and effective charging for users has become more challenging.Therefore,a real-time monitoring and dynamic billing system based on OpenStack for the actual needs of small and mediumsized data centers is designed in this thesis.An industrial product quality data cloud service platform based on OpenStack,which realizes resource collection and visualization in the cloud environment,and dynamic billing of tenants is proposed in this thesis.Firstly,the overall architecture of the distributed monitoring system,based on the agent plug-in technology,complete the acquisition,processing,storage and visualization of time series data is designed in this thesis.Secondly,in order to solve the stability and reliability problems of the traditional distributed monitoring architecture center-hopping mechanism,an adaptive heartbeat service mechanism is designed to realize automatic synchronization and registration maintenance of monitoring nodes and high availability of distributed systems.Similarly,custom monitoring metrics are implemented using the Restful API interface for public monitoring data and concise text expressions.Finally,according to the shortcomings of the fixed charging method of cloud service providers,a dynamic charging scheme based on infrastructure load status and quality of service is proposed.The monitoring data is used as the charging factor,and the discount model of the bilateral SLA protocol is designed as the tenant.Discount rules are provided to ensure the interests of both parties.The distributed system designed in this thesis is highly loosely coupled,and the monitoring and acquisition plug-ins are independent of each other,which realizes the pluggable deployment of the acquisition plug-in and ensures the stability of the whole system.After the actual operation test,the monitoring system can correctly collect the relevant data of the physical machine,virtual machine and OpenStack and visualize it in real time,which can realize dynamic charging for tenants,and is a feasible resource monitoring and charging system.
