With the rapid development of the Internet, the resources of Internet increase as Exponential Explosion. The consequent problem which cause for concern increasingly is how to deploy such huge resources more efficient and rational. Cloud computing is a new use and delivery models based on Internet, also an important way to solve the problem Cloud computing provide available convenient on-demand network access, through resource sharing pool, resources can be allocated to user quickly and managers can easily achieve resources allocation and adjustment of network, storage, services and applications with little management. Today’s Cloud Platform mostly stays at the bottom level of resource allocation, for the design of middleware and the corresponding upper laver services are few, and the mobilization efficiency of virtualized resources is inadequate.The Paper designed and implemented a educational Platform, which named VegaCloud, based on OpenStack Providing high performance, high availability, highly scalable Cloud Computing, design of self-recovery system in accordance with its Ceilometer component for improving the robustness of the Cloud Computing Platform Achieve intelligent dispatch of double Databases between Mysql and MongoDB through Trove component as the DBaaS layer. The System achieve interact between the main server and its sub servers by RabbitMQ message queue, establish a completed provisioning chain. VegaCloud uses a new Distributed Storage System named VegaFS. which consolidate storage resources on multiple independent nodes in the cluster, composition the storage space with a single file system image. VegaFS can quickly access to copies of data by DS-MDS address mapping, and can effectively improve the performance of virtualized resources mobilization.Compared to traditional cloud platform, VegaCloud integration of IaaS, PaaS, SaaS platforms, improve the efficiency and consistency of data exchange among each platform. VegaCloud changes traditional Cloud Platform’s vertical expansion mode to horizontal expansion mode for reducing the cost. The use of VegaFS greatly improving the quick migration of virtual resources and the ability to quickly restore a virtual machine. By the design of the three combined of monitoring component alarm components and self-healing component, the reliability of the system get increased.
