With the rapid development of computer technology and scientific theory foundation technology,in the backgroud of global informatization,how to solve the problems in management by means of information management has become a very serious problem facing enterprises.Enterprise informatization is an investment behavior based on the present and oriented to the future.The promotion of enterprise informatization needs to be matched with the development strategy and current management level of the enterprise.The ultimate goal is to improve the overall business ability of the enterprise,so that the enterprise can obtain comprehensive competitive advantage.In the long run,any enterprise will gradually enter the data-based and information-based enterprise in the future.ENTERPRISE RESOURCE PLANNING(hereinafter referred to as ERP)was proposed by GARTNER consultants and research institutions in the early 1990s,namely the enterprise resource plan.At the beginning of its establishment,it was mainly oriented to the management of supply and demand chain,namely MIS.With the concept of informatization continuing to penetrate all walks of life,ERP systems can solve the core business problems of enterprises in an all-round way,such as finance,sales,manufacturing,planning,quality,etc.,which can be based on the optimization of management resources.A comprehensive system integrates the business management of the enterprise and greatly improves the operational efficiency of the enterprise.It is a new management idea of the enterprise.This paper takes the ERP system implemented by National Energy Group Co.,Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as National Energy Group)in 2017 as the research object,and combines the enterprise informationization construction of SAP,ASAP project implementation methodology,ERP system and other scientific management methods to analyze and study national energy.The development history,implementation background,implementation objectives,implementation methodology and solutions of the Group's ERP system implementation,through the analysis of the national energy group's ERP system implementation process,verify whether the implementation theory is feasible.The research perspective of this paper is that the implementation method is consistent with the current management level and corporate strategic objectives of the enterprise.In the implementation process of the ERP system,the implementation method is constantly adjusted and improved to ensure the integration of information system implementation and enterprise development.The implementation methods of this paper are divided into seven stages:project preparation,system analysis,business blueprint,system implementation,system online,system acceptance,and system operation and maintenance.Finally,the paper analyzes and evaluates the implementation effect of the national energy group ERP system,and proves the implementation effect of the system from the perspective of qualitative analysis.From the final indicator,the ERP system implementation is obvious to improve the economic efficiency of the enterprise,and also verifies the ASAP.The correctness and rationality of the implementation methodology are used to provide decision-making reference cases for the implementation of ERP system implementation in coal-fired enterprises in the same industry.
