The car is indispensable part in modern life, in order to meet different requirements on vehicle performance, car manufacturers must be able to precisely calibrate the internal parameters of the controller to obtain the optimal value of the objectives. A fully functional and convenient calibration system could play a multiplier effect on ECU development of control systemASAP standards is widely recognized by industry, the standard defines the description format of calibration project, and it also defines the communication method between calibrtation system and ECU. Through the implementation of the standards, the method of data exchange, the software and the hardware can be standardized, which can reduce the development costs, shorten the development cycle and ensure the product quality.According to ASAP standards, this article design and implements a automobile calibration system. The system use Modularization design method, which has good scalability and maintainability。The whole system is divided into three modules:A2L file parser, CCP communication protocol stack and function module. The core work of the thesis can be generalized as following:1) Design and implementation of A2L file parser. The parser is used to parse and get information form a21 file which contains the information of calibration project decripted in ASAP standards format.2) Design and implementation of CCP communication protocol stack, CCP protocol is one of the communication methods beteen calibration and ECUs that defined of ASAP standards3) Design and implementation Function module, which contains calibration, measurement and Flash programming functions. The module will interact with A2L file parser and CCP communication protocol stack.
