With the development of wireless communication technology, people's demand for data traffic is getting higher and higher. In order to cope with the growing demand for mobile data services, how to make full use of the spectrum resources of existing networks, minimize investment on the basis of existing network equipment, and the fastest network construction, and gradually evolve to VoLTE,facing domestic and foreign operators.Urgent problem.First,an in-depth analysis of the current status of China Telecom's LTE network. The research content includes the network frequency bands currently used by the three major operators in China, and the network frequency bands that the major foreign operators are using.Secondly, the advantage analysis of LTE 800 MHz wireless network coverage performance is completed.According to the link budget, the coverage of LTE 800 MHz is about four times that of LTE 1.8GHz.It illustrates the importance of LTE 800 MHz for China Telecom's rapid advancement of rural coverage of 4G networks. Then, the planning scheme of the LTE 800 MHz base station is completed. The re-farming program,LTE800 MHz equipment deployment plan, service model and wireless network structure were studied. Finally, the planning and design of the LTE 800 MHz base station in Pingxiang area was completed. It is concluded that the re-cultivation 800 MHz network can not only achieve the purpose of making full use of the existing network spectrum resources, but also utilize the 800 MHz frequency band to cover a wider advantage, reduce the cost of LTE network construction, and achieve the goal of rapidly promoting 4G network coverage in Pingxiang rural areas.
