Today,the Long Term Evolution network construction of our country is in the period of rapid development,and to create high quality wireless network key lies in two aspects,one is the scientific network construction planning,the second is rational engineering design.Therefore,how to build a Long Term Evolution network with low operating cost and good coverage is the core of the research in this field.Now the country has been set up in China tower co.,LTD.,of the national telecommunication network infrastructure and related supporting facilities are designed,allocated and rationally constructed to achieve a win-win situation of both social benefits and economic benefits.This paper will carry out the research on the planning and design of Long Term Evolution network in the central city of Chengde,mainly from the following three steps.In the first place,combining with the present situation of Chengde city,LTE network structure and evolution of the function of the packet core(EPC),contrast and the td-scdma LTE FDD-LTE both formats,analyzing the propagation loss,delay,delay spread,doppler extension and interfere with the performance of the wireless communication some very important indicator;Using the Cost231-Hat transmission model,combined with the three operators' indexes,it is required to further determine the coverage radius and station spacing through the link budget.In the next place,according to Chengde iron tower asset inventory data,divide the scene of the existing communication coverage requirements,analysis of the stock of resources and the problems existing in the construction,aiming at the existing problems of stock resources integration,for a particular site and move on.Finally,the analysis was based on wireless Atoll simulation software simulation,through the above integration of existing stations,adjust the number of base stations and the simulation parameters,the comparative analysis before and after the integration and analysis before and after the planning RSRP,RS SINR and downstream business application rate of three simulation reference indexes,launch: RSRP and descending business application rate index increase obviously,RS SINR index fell slightly,to meet the planning index requirements.
