With the rapid development of radio technology, all kinds of requirements of radio frequency are also increasing. In the face of the increasingly tense frequency resources, how to effectively use and reasonably develop as well as meet the growing demand of the social departments has become an important issue for radio administrative department. In recent years, mobile communication has been widely used in the field of professional communication. In order to meet the needs of professional mobile communication, to promote the healthy and orderly development of digital trunking communication, it is necessary to carry out scientific and rational planning and allotment of 800MHz band, improve the efficiency of spectrum utilization, and effectively utilize the Limited spectrum resources.This paper introduces the development status of domestic and foreign digital trunking communication and the application situation of Guangxi digital trunking, analyzes the main use of TETRA, GT800, iDEN and ZTE GoTa digital trunking communication system and electromagnetic compatibility, in-depth studies the Guangxi 800MHz digital trunking frequency planning.The main work is as follows:1?The 800MHz digital trunking frequency allotment should be based on the technical system, and the frequency requirements of different trunking networks are considered. Through calculation and analysis and investigation on the spot that Tetra, iEDN GoTa and GT800 system under different trunking network bandwidth demand quantity, and draws the conclusion:e-government network of choice in TETRA digital trunking system occupy less bandwidth; commercial network of the GoTa and GT800 system can decrease the base station construction quantity, saving investment costs of networking; and digital trunking network the Tetra or is iDEN system network more flexible.2?The allocated scheme of 800 digital trunking frequency is proposed for "two steps". Firstly,5M capacity of 800MHz frequency band allocates to the government common network, commercial common network and private net, in order to achieve the centralized classification and unified management in different business needs, and to reduce the use and waste of frequency cross. Then, allocates frequency of the three kinds of network, which Based on the TETRA and iEDN, GT800 and GoTa different technical system, so the frequency allocation scheme is more flexible to meet the needs of different technology systems development.3?In this paper, the 800MHz frequency allocation method for Nanning Metro Rail Transit Line 1 line is proposed. The proposed method is based on the TETRA system, and it use AB mode to improve the frequency efficiency. Finally, it is proposed that the allocation scheme of 24 pairs frequency for Nanning metro line can meet the requirements of the existing communication, and it can also provide the space for system expansion and development.
