| The telecommunication industry is the large-scale competition market. Large scale can reduce the operating cost of each user and make users carry out the network marketing of the viscosity effectively. With recombination in 2008 and increased competition, network quality has become a fundamental element to determine their destiny. For mobile communication market, China Telecom is the subsequent, whose users are very fragile, and CDMA2000 network based on 3G business has become the China telecom business competitive core and key. Building CDMA2000 network around the city, county, town and village and playing its role in the China Telecom Network better will be the key to the future of China telecom network construction.The main point of this paper introduces the situation of CDMA base-station constuction in Yuncheng, Shanxi Telecom. At the beginning of this paper, it introduces the technical advantages and the future development of the project, and then summarizes the application based on technology of CDMA2008. What’s more, it investigates the present condition and future development of wireless network in Yuncheng, according to the geographic location and population distribution. Meanwhile, it introduces and analyses the basic targets and data of the wireless network, and the items and demands of nework construction in detail. Also, it gives the specific schemes of base-station settings and project implementations. By particular design of base-station systemic code and working frequency, it can make sure the base-station system join into the whole CDMA network system of China Telecom and operate successfully and efficinetly. At the end of this paper, it analyses the practical problems encountered in the project construction and gives the specific solutions. Besides, it analyses the call setup success rate, channel business dropped call rate, traffic channel traffic networks such as KPI index to meet the requirements of construction.Through this period of construction, China Telecom in yuncheng base station distribution become more proper, and the number of base stations in each county has a certain scale. What’s more, business development has been a strong support network. With the mobile network to continue developing and constructing, blind zones and weak coverage areas will be completely resolved. As the design of the regional CDMA2000 base-station construction and the project implementation, this article will give help and reference to other similar projects. |
