Although the3G technique has not been spread widely, it does not affect the hot pursuit of the LTE.The TD-LTE is researched in this paper. The RF link of TD-LTE base station receiver is realized based on the3GPP technical specifications and requirements for TD-LTE. The RF system structure is investigated, using the introduction of base station system as the starting point.1) The zero-IF structure is chosen as the direction of this thesis after the comparison with several mainstream receiver structure.2) The general RF characteristics of LTE communication system and the special RF features of TD-LTE base station receiver are proposed by combining the related protocol of3GPP.3) The overall RF target of TD-LTE base station receiver is proposed quantitatively based on the specific analysis of RF characteristics. The RF target is implemented through distribute them into specific circuit function modules by using ADS2008link simulation control. The Chip Select ion and circuit design work is implemented using the calculated circuit RF target.4) The circuit board is designed.
