Research On The Digital Archive Dissemination Mode From The Perspective Of Media Convergence

The opening of the 5G era has brought about the transformation of media in everything,meaning that everything is connected and any terminal can be used as an interface to the Internet,enabling communication between people and things,things and things,promoting the integration of multiple media development,changing the traditional dissemination order and media structure,and promoting the development and innovation of human society.In the network environment,traditional media is facing a situation of transformation and change,5G technology provides new development opportunities for this,and new media is more and more suitable for modern people with its convenience,interaction,and mobility.Therefore,making full use of the resources accumulated by traditional media and the technology of new media,integrating traditional media with new media and other forms of media,adding to resource reorganization,platform reconstruction,staffing,management operations,policy mechanisms,concepts updates and other content are the key to media convergence.Digital archives include digital copies of traditional carrier archives and native electronic archive files in the network.The published digital archive content is transmitted to the public,which reflects the social and public service value of archives.The current digital archive dissemination paths are mainly on-site dissemination,traditional media dissemination and new media dissemination.In order to broaden the digital archive dissemination path and improve the efficiency of digital archive dissemination,this article analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the existing dissemination paths and investigates the user demand characteristics in the digital archive dissemination and acquisition,including the five aspects of archive dissemination media,digital archive content,digital archive format,archive publishing platform,and evaluation of dissemination effects.Based on this,itputs forward the concept of media convergence to the digital archive dissemination and explores a new digital archive dissemination mode.This article is based on the theory of the overall interaction mode and the "central kitchen" concept.It applies the technology and standards of 5G network to build a new digital archive dissemination mode of "once creation,cross-platform release",that is,the digital archive dissemination mode from the perspective of media convergence,including the five key links of dissemination content,integration channels,core technology,publishing platform and effect feedback.It is pointed out that the digital archive dissemination mode from the perspective of media convergence has three advantages,namely cross-screen communication,focus communication and interactive communication.Finally,the article proposes countermeasures to promote the digital archive dissemination from the perspective of media convergence,including six aspects: improving content quality,promoting cross-border integration,introducing the latest technology,restructuring the publishing platform,enhancing the effectiveness of dissemination,and strengthening security standards to make the digital archive dissemination truly to achieve the purpose of public knowledge and use.
