Under the background of the surge of new media on mobile internet,the global radio and television industry has been impacted unprecedentedly,and the wave of radio and television talents leaving has also been set off simultaneously.How to retain the talent of radio and television and how to attract the excellent talent of radio and television are the key to stabilize the development situation of radio and television and innovate the development situation of radio and television.Reasonable and scientific salary incentive system is the key to retain,attract and motivate talents.However,the traditional salary system under the management system of public institutions can not adapt to the new development situation.Therefore,how to innovate the radio and television salary system under the new situation has become an urgent issue.Taking the salary system of radio and television stations in J Province as an example,this study analyzed the current situation,existing problems and causes of salary system of radio and television stations in J province by searching unit documents and data,reading theoretical documents and conducting in-depth interviews with employees.The study finds that the salary system of radio and television stations in J Province has some problems,such as unfair distribution,single mode,lack of democratic participation in decision-making,serious official-based thinking,and poor cohesion of salary performance system.In view of the problems existing in the current salary system of radio and television stations in J Province,this study puts forward the ideas of building a comprehensive salary system,optimizing the performance appraisal system and increasing long-term follow-up incentives,increasing the democratic procedures of employee participation in decision-making in the salary decision-making process,supplementing the salary scheme of special personnel,and constructing the welfare of self-catering,and other reform measures to build radio and television.Provide theoretical reference for the construction of outstanding talents of radio and television stations.
