With the development of society, the competition promote the evaluation system more and more appear in the sight of people, the so-called appraisal is refers to the use of the specific index system, in accordance with certain procedures, were analyzed according to the standard, make comprehensive evaluation of the objective fair and accurate assessment of the object. The evaluation can help us analyze the fairness of evaluation object, evaluation system can be applied in all walks of life, such as performance evaluation system in enterprise, system performance evaluation, educational quality assessment and risk assessment and so on.The evaluation system mainly has two big problems to solve, the establishment of index system and the choice of evaluation method. Generally speaking, the index system is to use the industry experts to assess object understanding and subjective selection since that index system is very important and comprehensive. The choice of different assessment methods will get different assessment results, so the choice of the evaluation method is very important for the assessment results.According to the main problems in assessment system,this thesis design and implement a model of the evaluation system and the actual case as the prototype, using the method of combination of theory and case analysis the model and experiment.The main work is as follows:1. According to the main process of all kinds of evaluation system and on the basis of the system, function is set to three modules, the attribute reduction of the index system, evaluation and the management of the assessment results. Attribute reduction of the initial selection index system is to find out the most suitable indicators,evaluation and management is to receive comprehensive, reliable results of the evaluation using appropriate methods to process index data and classification or sorting the results.2. To establish a suitable index system of the evaluation system is important for later to make the assessment results right, comprehensive and impartial. According to the characteristics of index in the system with redundancy, this thesis studies the algorithm of attribute reduction, and select the rough set attribute reduction method who can "use the data speaking" for the reduction of the index system, the index after the reduction of the system more compact, reducing the amount of calculation and also improve the accuracy of the index.3. Describe the theory and method of evaluation. On the study of several algorithms of attribute decision method, analyzed and calculated by AHP and entropy method to evaluate the data object.4. According to the evaluation index system and the method of evaluation to get the final results of the assessment, and management the results of the comprehensive by using the method of improved four quadrant analysis.
