Datong Data Open Public Platform User Satisfaction Study On Influencing Factors

The open public platform of data has become an important channel for the development of government data resources.All governments in China are committed to the better development and utilization of the open public platform of data.However,Datong City,as one of the "one master and three deputy" provincial sub-central cities established by Shanxi Provincial government,still has many problems in the construction and development of its open public platform of data.Therefore,this study relates user satisfaction with the data open public platform,analyzes the influencing factors of user satisfaction on Datong’s data open public platform,and studies the priority of the supply of influencing factors on user satisfaction,so as to provide more explicit guidance for the construction of Datong’s data open public platform.Chapter One,introduction.This paper summarizes the research background,theory and practical significance of the research,briefly expounds the relevant literature at home and abroad,and then determines the research theme.Then the research content,methods and ideas as well as research innovation points are expounded correspondingly.Chapter two,the definition of related concepts and theoretical basis.Based on the research theme and purpose,the concepts of open public platform of government data,open government theory,Kano model and user satisfaction are defined.The third chapter,Datong data open public platform user satisfaction factor index determination and questionnaire design.By using the elements of the customer satisfaction model and a series of elements in the theories of relevant scholars,this paper analyzes the influencing factors of user satisfaction on the open government data platform,finds out the factors to be retained and eliminated in the questionnaire,and adjusts the collection of feedback on the platform,and finally determines the influencing factors of user satisfaction on the open government data platform.The questionnaire was designed according to Kano model,and the forward and reverse questions were designed to form the questionnaire.The fourth chapter,Datong data open public platform user satisfaction factors research questionnaire distribution and data processing.Excel and SPSS software were used to analyze the basic situation of the questionnaire and preliminary data processing.Chapter five,based on the Kano model Datong open public platform user satisfaction factors demand analysis.The questionnaire data were analyzed successively according to three classification methods: traditional Kano analysis,mixed category analysis and Better-Worse index analysis.The results were summarized,the advantages and disadvantages were analyzed and compared,and the attribute categories of the factors affecting user satisfaction were finally obtained.There were 7 basic needs,6 expected needs,6 excited needs and 13 undifferentiated needs,respectively.Chapter six,based on the factors affecting user satisfaction,the data open public platform suggestions.Based on the current situation of Datong government data open public platform,this paper analyzes relevant data and puts forward specific countermeasures to improve platform user satisfaction.Specifically,it gives priority to providing basic demand attributes or functions of users on the open data public platform,provides high quality expected demand attributes or functions of users on the open data public platform,actively provides excited demand attributes or functions of users on the open data public platform and pays attention to the undifferentiated demand attributes or functions of users on the open data public platform.It also provides reference for other local governments’ data opening public platform construction.
