The TV media records the times and reflects the changes in China's way.Since its development,today's TV media programs come in many forms and cover a wide range of topics.To a large extent,with the development of television media,people's morality,aesthetics,values ??and outlook on life have changed to varying degrees.In this regard,this paper adopts content analysis method,literature research method,qualitative analysis method and comparative research method,and puts forward the argument of this paper,which is to strengthen the construction of social media governance mechanism of TV media.As the main body of public resources,consciously fulfilling social responsibility is TV.The most basic requirements of the media,with the development of China's TV media market orientation,and the integration of business economic behavior,but the governance mechanism has not been kept up in time,the development of television media has seen many social deficiencies,paid advertising,Inaccurate reports,malicious advertisements,and vulgar programs have emerged in an endless stream,challenging the public's nerves.At the same time,competition has intensified,and TV media has also tended to compete in the market.For the sake of traffic,there has been a phenomenon of "moral no bottom line." Therefore,how to implement social responsibility and strengthen the TV media governance mechanism is a problem that TV media must solve.First of all,this paper focuses on the definition of TV media in the current academic world,adopts the method of literature review,defines the concept of TV media,determines the research object,discusses the theory of the governance mechanism of TV media,and then introduces the characteristics of TV media in detail.Analyze and introduce relevant communication theories,and lay a corresponding theoretical foundation for the following.Then,we summarize the current status of social responsibility of Chinese TV media,including the characteristics of social responsibility performance,the lack of social responsibility performance,from internal and external frameworks,using some typical cases to summarize the social responsibility of social responsibility in China.Based on this,the paper puts forward some countermeasures to construct the social responsibility governance mechanism of TV media in China.Through research,it is found that under the conditions of market interest development,the media for the flow,for the ratings,the pursuit of the maximization of interests,the lack of content governance,which led to some moral failure,and we alsosee that the economy is fast Development,the mode of television media communication has also undergone earth-shaking changes,and the diversity of forms of communication has brought various challenges to how to ensure that the media adhere to social responsibility.At the same time,because TV media still occupies the initiative of public information,if the social responsibility of TV media is not taken seriously,it will inevitably bring many bad effects.Therefore,this paper focuses on improving the social responsibility of TV media.It believes that the establishment of a public platform for TV media should ensure that the public interest is not disturbed and fulfill the social responsibility of TV media development.Secondly,in the construction of the governance mechanism of TV media,it is necessary to strengthen moral self-discipline and cooperate with the establishment and improvement of relevant laws and regulations to constrain the TV media,including organizing the moral review system of TV media,strengthening government supervision and industry self-discipline mechanism.We know that in the process of a communication activity,the TV media has a dominant position.Therefore,the position represented by the TV media must be fair and just.The TV media practitioners must also be obliged to consciously abide by social ethics,professional ethics,and conform to various industries and organizations.The rules and regulations must be carried out within the scope permitted by law,and cannot be deliberately violated by the right to freedom of speech.This paper studies the social responsibility of TV media,helps to deepen the development theory of Chinese TV media,and promotes the development and improvement of social responsibility ethics theory,which has certain theoretical effects.Secondly,in practice,the media literacy of TV media practitioners can be improved to ensure that TV media provides high-quality content products to the public,which has certain value in practice.However,due to the lack of theory and practice,this paper does not analyze the responsibilities of the various subjects of TV media,and does not analyze the relationship between different subjects of TV media.After all,only the role that each subject should play in practice should be clarified.In order to better define the responsibilities of each subject to fulfill social responsibilities,this is also a certain deficiency in the future research direction.
