Design And Implementation Of Xinjiang National Tax Bureau Procurement Management System

With the continuous deepening of reform in our country, the management mode is changed in enterprises and institutions. In order to make management mode more scientific, standardzed and orderly, more and more enterprises and institutions use information technology change existing management mode. Procurement management is a indispensable business which has positive stimulating role for development of enterprises and institutions. The procurement management of Xinjiang national tax bureau does not use advanced information technology. It lacks corresponding information management method. The management method of procurement is backward and has lower efficiency.The procurement management system of this dissertation is design and developed according to the present situation and deficiency of procurement of Xinjiang national tax bureau. The system use current popular JAVA language, SQL Server2008database, MVC design model, Spring and Hibernate frame. It completes system development under eclipse platform.The dissertation introduces the system business requirement, overall function requirement, role requirement and non-function requirement. On the basis of requirement analysis it completes system architecture design, function module design and database design. Then introduce the produce of system implementation through system interface and program flow diagram. Finally it tests every system function. The test results demonstrate it implements procurement project management, procurement inventory management, supplier information management, procure contract management, query and statistic and system management function. Each function is accord with expectations. It can be delivered to the users.
