Museum as a public culture service,has the responsibility and obligation to provide every public cultural education services,and with the museum "is given priority to with people" service concept,the museum should pay attention to the public service,including special groups to the public,therefore our country museum to improve service concept,to expand the way of service,innovate service projects,perfecting service facilities,and to keep up with the international museum world,absorb and draw lessons from,the introduction of foreign advanced technology and experience,make up for the inadequacy of our country museum special community service work with defects,combined with China?s actual situation.To form a service mode suitable for the special groups of museums in China and better assume the social responsibility as a public cultural service institution.Service concept in this paper,that is,from museum,museum of software and hardware facilities and museum special community service projects,this paper analyzed our country museum special community service work,and puts forward Suggestions for our country museum special community service work,so that the museum can better play its service function,service for special groups and the general public.This paper is divided into six chapters: chapter one explains the reason for the topic selection,introduces the research status of foreign museum service mainly in the United States and the research status of China's museum service,and introduces the purpose,method and content of this paper.In Chapter two we introduce museum service function and service concept.This paper introduces the definition of museum and analyzes and compares the differences of service concepts between Chinese and American museums.Chapter three is about physical,psychological,behavioral cognitive analysis and questionnaire survey of museum special groups.This chapter analyzes the different physiological,psychological and behavior of disabled groups,the elderly and children,and sets up a questionnaire to investigate the actual feelings of these three special groups when they visit the museum,so as to provide guidance for the actual service of the museum.Chapter four is about the design of museum facilities mainly serving special groups.This chapter introduces the concept,principle and application of barrier-free design and general design,and points out which aspects should be paid attention to in the design of public places such as museums in China,so as to better serve the special groups and the general population.In chapter five we introduce cases and analysis of special group service of museums.This chapter introduces the cases of education service for special groups in museums of China and the United States.Through the comparative analysis of actual cases,it concludes how to improve and perfect the education service for special groups in China.Chapter six is about conclusion and prospect.This chapter summarizes the progress and deficiencies of education service of museums in China from the aspects of service concept,museum laws and regulations,museum hardware,etc.,and then puts forward Suggestions for improvement,and makes prospects for the service of special groups of museums in China.
