An Open Innovation Platform Informatization Construction And LivingLab Service Design For Campus Users

This paper presents an open innovation platform informatization construction and LivingLab service design for campus users. Its background involves the current situation of campus informatization and mobile Internet development opportunity, while its research method follows LivingLab innovation system and model.The main research work can be divided into three aspects, which are campus open innovation platform construction, three-dimentional social networking service implementation, and LivingLab service design for campus developers. According to LivingLab innovation system and model, we first studied the components of campus innovation environment and the demand characteristics of campus users, built an open innovation environment in real campus, in order to design the open innovation informatization architecture. Next, we realized the detailed three-dimentional social networking service portal, providing novel services like multimedia blog and friends wall for campus users, integrating information and resources such as people, location and things on campus effectively, which become the important implementation case for campus open innovation informatization architecture. Then, we studied the innovation service system for campus open platform, proposed the detailed LivingLab service system for campus developers, and implemented the training program in real scenario of Beijing University of Posts and Communications. Through a series of innovation activities and service provision, we have built an open, efficient, focused innovation service system, and got a lot of innovation achievements and practical experiences. Finally, this paper summarized the practice results and questions in the process of platform construction and service deployment. In the future, we will promote this open innovation platform and LivingLab service system to more campus users in other universities, in order to accelerate campus informazation and innovation practice, as well as bring vitalities to the mobile Internet industry.
